AVPR1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AVPR1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,304 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AVPR1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPING1, P3H3, and PCOLCE. Each is linked with AVPR1A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AVPR1A-to-partner and partner-to-AVPR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AVPR1A versus SERPING1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AVPR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→AVPR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
