AVPR1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AVPR1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AVPR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK3-a-b, MEK1, and ASNS. Each is linked with AVPR1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AVPR1A-to-partner and partner-to-AVPR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSK3-a-b grouped by AVPR1A-low versus AVPR1A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AVPR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→AVPR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
