Across TCGA patient cohorts, AVP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,894 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AVP-associated genes across cancer lineages are OXT, SLC7A10, and MRPS26. Each is linked with AVP in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AVP-to-partner and partner-to-AVP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AVP versus OXT in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
