Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AVP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,448 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AVP-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC12, SPINK7, and OVOL1. Each is linked with AVP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AVP-to-partner and partner-to-AVP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AVP versus WFDC12 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AVP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AVP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
