Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, AVP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible AVP-associated genes across cancer lineages are LSP1P3, OR4K17, and MIR1273H. Each is linked with AVP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AVP-to-partner and partner-to-AVP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LSP1P3 grouped by AVP-low versus AVP-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AVP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AVP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
