AVP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, AVP RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 485 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AVP-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSE, C8A, and TSC2. Each is linked with AVP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AVP-to-partner and partner-to-AVP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DSE grouped by AVP-low versus AVP-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AVP→partner) and Y-score (partner→AVP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
