AURKC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AURKC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,120 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AURKC-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPX5, BOLA3P3, and PGK1. Each is linked with AURKC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AURKC-to-partner and partner-to-AURKC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPX5 grouped by AURKC-low versus AURKC-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AURKC→partner) and Y-score (partner→AURKC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
