AUH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, AUH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,472 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible AUH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GRHPR, FNDC3B, and ANP32B. Each is linked with AUH in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both AUH-to-partner and partner-to-AUH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, AUH versus GRHPR in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (AUH→partner) and Y-score (partner→AUH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
