Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATXN7L3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,653 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATXN7L3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC2, NPEPPS, and ZWILCH. Each is linked with ATXN7L3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN7L3-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN7L3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATXN7L3 versus DNAJC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN7L3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN7L3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
