Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATXN7L3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATXN7L3-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, eEF2, and eIF4E. Each is linked with ATXN7L3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN7L3-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN7L3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by ATXN7L3-low versus ATXN7L3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATXN7L3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATXN7L3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
