The most reproducible ATXN7L3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heterochromatin formation, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic. Each is linked with ATXN7L3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATXN7L3-to-partner and partner-to-ATXN7L3 results are reported.
