Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP8B4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,831 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP8B4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Actin filament fragmentation, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Negative regulation of ERBB signaling pathway. Each is linked with ATP8B4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP8B4-to-partner and partner-to-ATP8B4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Actin filament fragmentation grouped by ATP8B4-low versus ATP8B4-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
