ATP8A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP8A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 148 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP8A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H1, C8B, and MAGEB5. Each is linked with ATP8A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP8A2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP8A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H1 grouped by ATP8A2-low versus ATP8A2-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP8A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP8A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
