ATP7A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP7A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,980 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LDHA, COX15, and TMEM138. Each is linked with ATP7A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP7A-to-partner and partner-to-ATP7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LDHA grouped by ATP7A-low versus ATP7A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
