Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V1H RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,542 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1H-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCPIP1, ARFGEF1, and LYPLA1. Each is linked with ATP6V1H in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1H-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP6V1H versus VCPIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP6V1H→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP6V1H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
