Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP6V1H RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP6V1H data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher ATP6V1H RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP6V1H expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and KIRC show a favorable association.
UVM, MESO, and LIHC are the cancer types where ATP6V1H RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
