Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V1H protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,224 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1H-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1B2, SLC31A2, and ATP6V0D2. Each is linked with ATP6V1H in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1H-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP6V1H versus ATP6V1B2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
