Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V1H mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,822 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1H-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM151B, CD8A, and GBP5. Each is linked with ATP6V1H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1H-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM151B grouped by ATP6V1H-low versus ATP6V1H-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP6V1H→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP6V1H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
