Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V1H mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1H-associated genes across cancer lineages are Tuberin, Snail, and c-Kit. Each is linked with ATP6V1H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1H-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Tuberin grouped by ATP6V1H-low versus ATP6V1H-high in SKCM.
