Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP6V1H RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,260 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1H-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi lumen acidification, Synaptic vesicle lumen acidification, and Endosomal lumen acidification. Each is linked with ATP6V1H in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1H-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1H results are reported.
