Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP6V1H mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1H-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRND, GML, and CCKAR. Each is linked with ATP6V1H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1H-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1H results are reported.
