Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V1C2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,044 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRHL1, KLRB1, and HNRNPA1L2. Each is linked with ATP6V1C2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1C2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1C2 results are reported.
