Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR6719 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR6719 expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR6719 is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, MIR6719 RNA expression shows 12,543 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight LUAD, KIRC, and THYM as cancer lineages where MIR6719 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
