Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,047 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC13, RAB7A, and OSBPL11. Each is linked with ATP6V1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V1A-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP6V1A versus DNAJC13 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
