Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V0D1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 830 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V0D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGFB3-AS1, ATP5F1EP1, and RN7SL693P. Each is linked with ATP6V0D1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V0D1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V0D1 results are reported.
