Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6V0A4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6V0A4-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Cyclin-B1, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with ATP6V0A4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6V0A4-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6V0A4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by ATP6V0A4-low versus ATP6V0A4-high in UCEC.
