Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP6AP1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,469 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6AP1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F6P1, PLTP, and CST3. Each is linked with ATP6AP1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6AP1L-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6AP1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP6AP1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP6AP1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
