Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP6AP1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,776 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP6AP1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium-dependent cell motility, Target-directed miRNA degradation, and Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with ATP6AP1L in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP6AP1L-to-partner and partner-to-ATP6AP1L results are reported.
