The most reproducible ATP5MFP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular respiration, Aerobic respiration, and Mitochondrial translation. Each is linked with ATP5MFP3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5MFP3-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5MFP3 results are reported.
