The most reproducible ATP5MC1P7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly, Aerobic respiration, and Electron transport chain. Each is linked with ATP5MC1P7 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5MC1P7-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5MC1P7 results are reported.
