The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ATP5MC1P7 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5MC1P7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.
KIRC, UVM, and KIRP are the cancer types where ATP5MC1P7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
