ATP5MC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5MC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,777 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP5MC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC4, COIL, and AKAP1. Each is linked with ATP5MC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5MC1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5MC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP5MC1 versus RFC4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP5MC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP5MC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
