The most reproducible ATP5F1D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasm protein quality control by the ubiquitin-proteasome system, Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient, and Electron transport coupled proton transport. Each is linked with ATP5F1D in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5F1D-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5F1D results are reported.
