Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP5F1BP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,744 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP5F1BP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STK33, BBS7, and TTC25_S542. Each is linked with ATP5F1BP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP5F1BP1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP5F1BP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP5F1BP1 versus STK33 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP5F1BP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP5F1BP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
