Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP5F1BP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP5F1BP1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher ATP5F1BP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP5F1BP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and COAD show a favorable association.

ESCA, PAAD, and THCA are the cancer types where ATP5F1BP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
