Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP2C2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,167 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP2C2-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerophospholipid metabolic process, Protein localization to vacuole, and Regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with ATP2C2-AS1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2C2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2C2-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Glycerophospholipid metabolic process grouped by ATP2C2-AS1-low versus ATP2C2-AS1-high in DLBC.
