Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP2B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,348 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP2B2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGRN, RRBP1_T275, and TAP1. Each is linked with ATP2B2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2B2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2B2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP2B2 versus AGRN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP2B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP2B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
