Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP2B2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP2B2 data layer compared with 10 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ATP2B2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP2B2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and PAAD show a favorable association.
KIRC, PAAD, and CHOL are the cancer types where ATP2B2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
