Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP2B2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,617 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP2B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCN1B, DLGAP3, and MXI1. Each is linked with ATP2B2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2B2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2B2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATP2B2 versus SCN1B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP2B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP2B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
