Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP2B2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,006 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP2B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VDAC1, TRAP1, and DLGAP5. Each is linked with ATP2B2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2B2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2B2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VDAC1 grouped by ATP2B2-low versus ATP2B2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP2B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP2B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
