Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP2B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,034 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP2B2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Protein folding, and Positive regulation of cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with ATP2B2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP2B2-to-partner and partner-to-ATP2B2 results are reported.
