Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP23-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP369, MTND5P34, and H4C6. Each is linked with ATP23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP23-to-partner and partner-to-ATP23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP369 grouped by ATP23-low versus ATP23-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP23→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
