Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP1B4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,578 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ATP1B4-associated genes across cancer lineages are BOLL, AURKB, and NOP10. Each is linked with ATP1B4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1B4-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1B4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BOLL grouped by ATP1B4-low versus ATP1B4-high in SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP1B4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP1B4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
