ATP1A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATP1A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,981 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSBP1P1, RN7SL810P, and COX6CP7. Each is linked with ATP1A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP1A1-to-partner and partner-to-ATP1A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSBP1P1 grouped by ATP1A1-low versus ATP1A1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
