ATP10D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP10D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,845 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP10D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of protein location in cell, Membrane protein proteolysis, and Maintenance of protein location. Each is linked with ATP10D in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP10D-to-partner and partner-to-ATP10D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Maintenance of protein location in cell grouped by ATP10D-low versus ATP10D-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP10D→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP10D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
