ATP10D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP10D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,096 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP10D-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKAP3, ZNF24, and ADO. Each is linked with ATP10D in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP10D-to-partner and partner-to-ATP10D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AKAP3 grouped by ATP10D-low versus ATP10D-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATP10D→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATP10D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
