Across TCGA cell cohorts, ATP10A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,556 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATP10A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF286A, GRK7, and KCNRG. Each is linked with ATP10A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATP10A-to-partner and partner-to-ATP10A results are reported.
