Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ATP10A RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ATP10A data layer compared with 9 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher ATP10A RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ATP10A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and CHOL show a favorable association.

UVM, ACC, and LUSC are the cancer types where ATP10A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
