ATOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8S21P, RNU6-642P, and RNU4-58P. Each is linked with ATOX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATOX1-to-partner and partner-to-ATOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8S21P grouped by ATOX1-low versus ATOX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
