ATOH7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ATOH7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,639 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ATOH7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDAC1_S393, SAFB, and LGALS1_S30. Each is linked with ATOH7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ATOH7-to-partner and partner-to-ATOH7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ATOH7 versus HDAC1_S393 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ATOH7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ATOH7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
